The Rebbe gives an example for God as an old man who has learnt everything – he has complete experience – complete knowledge – so if I were God with all that experience and all that knowledge what would I know – well obviously I can only talk from my vantage point, but in a certain sense today we have a 20/20 hindsight – spanning five millenia of human stupidity and success, and it seems like nothing has changed – the only only only way to truly have a meaningful and happy life – is let go of your ego
