The reason darkness is such a long tunnel, is, in order for us to truly embrace truth /light, it is necessary not that we are born into it; rather, through desiring to extricate ourselves from the meaninglessness, aimlessness, existentially empty life of materialism, we, through gradual and infinite steps discover, hence integrate the truth / light, to the point, where ourselves and the light merge as two flames into one!
