The psychology of exile and redemption

The Jewish people were redeemed
They entered a country filled with milk and honey
It had been built up for centuries by other nations, hence slaves became masters
And Yeshurun became fat and rebelled
What was the essence of their rebellion?
It was man’s desire for fame!
Normally, the slave realizes that he is nothing.
But the rich man J as our moronic President recently said, “you didn’t build that;” and that is truly the challenge of being a free man, of being prosperous, to know that God is the one who built your success!
Why is that so important?
For arrogance is the mother of all evil
When we think we are successful, our arrogance makes us susceptible to getting angry over slights!
