The principles

By zevi770 · February 27, 2014

Unfortunately or fortunately, everything we do is based on principles.

But what if the direction themselves are wrong.

Truly all people wish for love.

Hence wish to love.

This is an instinct more vital to us than food, as psychologists state, but somehow it doesn’t seem to work, because if the principles are not the correct, ones fear or even God-forbid resentment/hate may replace love.

So here are the principles which will bring you to unconditional love.

Principle number one, there is a God.

Not that there is a God, but there is nothing but God! in other words, two viewpoints can be ascertained and is predominant in our perception of God: the first is that there is God but he is a CEO sitting in his office – in fact, my uncle once told the Rebbe, he finds it hard to believe that God deals with the minute details of life – the Rebbe said, he finds it hard to believe otherwise; for if you own a company, you wish to supervise the details; only when it is too big for you do you not; but if you could, wouldn’t you? and as God can, doesn’t he?! – so the true viewpoint of God is, that there is nothing not directly coming from him!

The reason this is fundamental, for if this principle is true and as God has no axe to grind, has no sadistic pleasure, we must say, like a parent which he is, and never suffering from ego issues, all he does for us is only good – nothing would make less sense if we could understand all of his infinite ways, but truth be told even in my own little life, I can genuinely say, I have yet to see something bad happen to me, which the later good wouldn’t cause me to actually say it was well worth the bad!!!

So principle number one, is not that there is a God, but that all coming from the good god is good! though we may not currently see it.

Principle number two, is that we are all similar.

You and me are similar on four fundamental fronts.

A. on a soul level we are one, for though there are many bodies in this world but all bodies (to exist, to be alive) must have a soul! this soul is a singular energy coming from God; now energy has different wavelengths (in fact, all of what we see, hear, taste, touch is energy in different wavelengths called the electromagnetic spectrum) so though we are all unique, we all come from the same energy source – it’s very important to understand this – there is nothing in this world, no one on our planet who doesn’t have a soul – it is impossible to exist without a soul (even physical matter is, as the most famous equation ever E=Mc2 teaches, really energy; as quantum physics teaches, it is not even a stable energy – as Heisenberg’s principle of uncertainty states; in other words, it is a living conscious being, ever reacting to your emotions, as one of the famous discoveries and principles of quantum physics, that matter reacts to observation, so just like a human who has a “dead” body but a living conscious feeling inside, so to the physical matter – though of course, it is set up in such a way as Einstein states “reality is an illusion, although a very persistent one”) so you and I are part of the same singular energy field called God, who manifests wavelengths, but though we may be in different locations, we are all at a wavelength level, exactly ONE.

The third principle is, life has a purpose, there is a profound meaning to life! but for this meaning to be meaningful, we must desire it, for hardly would you feel meaning if you were compelled, not given the freedom to choose the truth!

This principle is so overwhelmingly vast, that it circles the very reason our entire world runs according to seemingly natural laws; for only a world in which God can be denied, can God be chosen; again if you could see God, you feel compelled to believe in him, if you are compelled, at some level at least, you resent compulsion, hence you resent God; which is why hundreds of millions of people feeling compelled by God, turned away from religion; which is why hundreds of millions of people in our day and age not feeling compelled by God, are turning towards religion.

And last but not least, good deeds is the key meaning; the giving of oneself to benefit others selflessly – with no expectation of an reward, except the joy of giving, causes us to be happy!
