The only thing of value is friendship; friendship is a result of love; love is a result of identification; identification is a most naturel human state, for obviously when you see a fellow human, you identify; however, fear closes off love; so first and foremost, we need to become philosophers: knowing, “all is a plan from an infinite God, to always bring us to an even better place,” hence things that shift our paradigms, perception, reality, must continuously occur.
