the only real truth

imagine two arms – wrestling

one is stronger

who wins?

well within your brain there are two arms

one is stronger

who wins?

one arm is called your emotional instinctual desires

the other is your mind

this is why, though we may be able to give others wonderful advice, we live pretty messed up lives

if we are so smart, why don’t we act smart?

but there is a solution

you see, the only reason we desire our desires, is because we have an emotional love to ourselves (the proof of this is, if we are God-forbid depressed, we lose all desire; for every desire is based on the desire to fulfill my desires)

so this is the ultimate solution (in fact I believe the main purpose of Kabbalah)

a. hate your body – say to yourself, “I live in a putrid smelly disgusting sack filled with the lowest most mean, disgusting desires” (which is true)

b. have an unconditional love and knowledge, that all that God suggests is what causes unity
