The only logical explanation – for if anyone does anything they must either have a pleasure benefit or protection from pain – and as the Creator obviously has no pain, therefore the only reason we exist must be in order to grant him a pleasure – and this is exactly like a parent births the child… loves the child… feeds the child… all in the hope that eventually it is the child, rising to becoming a GIVER, that will create internal satisfaction / nachas in the parent
