Once we get to the essence of the purpose
Once we arrive at the point
Once we see the goal
As our sages teach “God desires to unify!”
In other words, first He made an other – us, who see ourselves as independent creations, only dependent on natural objects (e.g. food, shelter; hence, if we have those, we can sense, as we do, that we are immortal (as the previous Rebbe says, people think “there is a society of people who pass away, which they don’t belong to”) then we, having fulfilled our fill of stupidity, will search for the truth and then – in this generation – we shall unify
