The most important discoveries

By zevi770 · November 15, 2019

1 The first most important human Discovery was that there is a single force – a God.

2. The next most important Discovery, was the giving of the Torah, because it was the first time, that as opposed to a man eat man – balance of power world, which still exists in many locations, for example the Arab and African countries, China and others… in other words, whoever can just dominate.. irrespective of right and wrong!… The Bible, as historian Paul Johnson said, was the first book that taught us, that, commoner and King are equal under the law.

3. The next great discovery, something we may not think about, but billions upon billions of people have been seeking “What exactly does this God, Creator, want?” and that was revealed by the Baal Shem Tov – He wants truth / sincerity and loving kindness.

4. Ironically the next great discovery is that science, as we saw from Germany that was a highly scientific – what we would perhaps call ‘cultured’ Society – because people fundamentally are selfish and are filled with fear – as Hitler said “lucky for leaders, that people don’t think!”, therefore unless people individually choose to literally give their entire life to God, they are capable of becoming sadistic, even as we see today, even unfortunately with Jews, who are willing to oppose their brothers and sisters, and support terrorism.

5. Finally, last and one of the great discoveries – ironically is not the computer, which is just a very clever calculator, which is a very very clever abascus – it is the internet, and the reason the internet is important is because it breaks down artificial boundaries – the younger generation, as a marketer told me, are called the globalists, they see a global world – we will have people growing up recognizing that inherit humanity – not seeing themselves and their culture distinct, and most importantly, the internet gives us the ability, if we don’t waste it – we can help people, for example, every day there are millions of people that answer other people’s questions on websites like quora – that reach out to people, that give charity, and so ultimately, we live in the best of times!, when you can take all the discoveries, the fact that there is one God, that sees everything you do, and will reward the good and punish the evil – there is thank-God the basic notion of law, which allows our security, and specifically gives us the freedom of conscience; there is the truth that life is about being real, just be yourself, and love unconditionally – which is the most beautiful thing to do! and finally, the tool in which you can literally help more people – certainly myself as a rabbi, when I had a congregation I would be lucky if I got 10 people to a class, but now on the internet I easily reach a thousand people a day, so we are empowered to use the new technology to fulfill the Divine Unifying Harmonious symphonic Melody.
