The most dangerous thing in the world is our minds, for our minds are like say the internet – it can offer you the most sublime truths and the most depraved desires – it’s simply up to your own heart – our minds are not rational – they are simply the keyboard and the mouse that allow our desires to express themselves – hence, it is only those who subjugate their desires to God’s, who are moral! – and even if people are not evil, this can be, they are afraid of going to jail etc. Only people, who with infinite power would still only listen to God, not their minds, which are like we mentioned, their desires expressed / rationalized, which succinctly is by listening to your Mashpia (Chassidic spiritual mentor) are moral.
