The Messianic Era

By zevi770 · January 3, 2015

The greatest irony is this:

Time is not real.

Of-course time is a experience.

The story is told, that the Baal Shem Tov sent a letter to his brother-in-law Rabbi Gershon Kutavier from Poland to Israel; he mentioned, that due to a certain action there was a decree, punishing Reb Gershon with death, in heaven; but he prayed for him and it was reduced to two months of blindness – Reb Gershon replied, “Everything you said happened, but you sent the letter before I did the act for which I was judged and the blindness came later.”

Clarified the Baal Shem Tov to him, “In heaven (depending on which world – there are generally four spiritual worlds above us) time happens earlier” – in other words, these very words I am writing and you are reading, occurred twenty years ago.

But once you get to the primordial thought in which all of destiny is contained, there is no past, present, and future; there are only the experiences.

In other words, time is simply the experiences God gives a consciousness.

And this is the punchline: the ultimate experience, the Messianic destination, which did occur to the great saints of the past and is occurring to all the “saints” (‘for all your people are saints’) in the present, and will continuously merge ever deeper, is the unity of the Divine consciousness within the human’s consciousness.
