The Medrash teaches on the word Briesheis Bies-Rieshis, there are two primary reasons why God made the world, the first is for the Jewish people and the second is for the Torah (Judaism) however, we don’t know which one is more valued in God’s eyes; hence when we see, the Torah itself is an instruction manual to improve the Jews character, we understand God’s ultimate intent in creation.
