The last battle

The Rebbe said an amazing thing (to paraphrase) “It used to be the evil was on the inside and the good on the outside; now, the good is on the inside, and the evil on the outside.”

When I was in Atlanta last Pesach, my brother-in-law spoke how the very fact ISIS is so horrific is a good thing; for ISIS’s behavior, namely, sex-slaves, beheading; well, that was common practice.
Over millennia, God through the Bible and the Jewish people who upheld these values introduced, well… values.

Now it is very confusing for Cristians and Jews who see the barbarism of Islamic societies – to be fair, not all Islamic societies are barbaric – particularly the Arabs are.

You see, when Moshiach comes, perhaps the evil Arabs (though this not in reference to good Arabs) will be annihilated – already we are seeing their destruction – All we need to do is keep in mind everything happens from God; certainly that which occurs on the global stage – certainly in Israel’s backyard. – You see, there was a prophecy in the book of Daniel which uneeringly predicted the future: the Babylonian kingdom, the Persian empire, the Greek empire and then Rome and in the end of time the foolish bloodthirsty warmongering Arabs.

But ultimately, the prophecy ends, that this statue, representing all these nations disintegrates, for the rock of Israel – the good Lord – exposes, that behind all of their desires, was merely the desire for wealth and power, the ego’s narcissistic evil.
