The King In The Palace

By zevi770 · November 22, 2011

Once there was king

Almighty was he

Ruler of vast lands

Suddenly he heard the worst thing any king could hear

The people where planning to depose him

Fear crept into his heart

Raise the moat he cried

Behind the barricaded moat he peered anxiously to see the armies, hoards, militiamen

Would his soldiers defending him be able to ward them off or was this the end of his carefree dictatorship

Amazingly the people were happy

They missed the king not

Embittered he told his soldiers

Attack, destroy

A wise man came to the king

Your majesty but these people have done nothing wrong

How can they rejoice while I suffer, replied the haughty King

(The above is an example for human nature to explain anti-Semitism, evil etc.)
