1. The first is the Divine source which brings happiness, and ironically it is as easy as pressing a button; all you need to do is connect, whether through prayer, study, in fact anything that is one of the myriads of mitzvos / connections, especially charity!
2. The second is from the source of Eitz Hadas (these are simply locations in heaven given energy to energize matter) this location contains a mix of good and evil, hence when we are just being ourselves we are inviting a mix of good and evil into our lives!
3. Finally God forbid the sholosh kelipos hatemois the three completely impure demons that when we act angrily as in the story of the Baal Shem Tov who came to someone’s house while the person was screaming at his maid/servant helper and the Baal Shem Tov told him “I wasn’t able to see you because the devil was completely surrounding you;” as our sages tell us when we get angry, all the fires of hell encompass us.
