The Kabbalah’s infinite guide

Perhaps the most important Kabbalistic concept is the following:
As mentioned, shame and pride run the world – we all desire pride and no one desires to be shamed.
If we think our status is a. we do everything to maintain it.
But what is the optimal level for goodness and kindness.
For shame and pride like any addiction has no discretion.
As all impulses, they are all or nothing desires, hence the incredible stupidity people do for pride, and evil, to avenge their shame.
According to Kabbalah, we must see our bodies as despicable filth – in this way, its innate attraction to the evil desires of man, be it pornography, power, hold no attraction (for the nature of attraction, is wish-fulfillment – but if you despise the wisher, you certainly desire not to fulfill his wishes.)
Concurrently, we must have infinite pride in our Divine soul – Ah’ that true part of God residing in us! – its noble ideals! its ability to sacrifice all for the truth!
