The idea of laws is so funny because behind the judges are premises – for example the jnf was disbarred by the supreme court in Israel for insisting its lands were for Jewish people while a large portion of the Golan heights was bought by (if I am not mistaken) the jnf but no one expects the Arabs to follow laws – so we live in this bizarre – untenable – reality, where we expect the most tolerant to have tolerance to the totally intolerant – when in truth, if tolerance is a value, it must be for all people! for otherwise it emboldens, as it has in anti-Israeli terrorism and anti-western or “not my kind of sick muslim” worldwide terrorism
