The highest is God’s opinion, which includes all that is good.

There are only four possibilities behind every decision we make
The second is our own opinion, which is at least, somewhat rational, (though we tend to genuinely believe our own rationalizations of why we should do things, not realizing that the heart can influence the mind subconsciously, so the rational decision may truly be an emotional decision!)
The heart – where we love, have a desire for things that give us pleasure, and hate, have a loathing for things or people that give us pain – there is absolutely no rational thought – like a preprogrammed machine – proof is every animal that operates on this system – it is simply “get what makes you high” (activates the instinctual reward system, such as eating, sex, compassion in humans, as well as curiosity etc. etc) and “stay away from people or things that you have experienced as painful, so you shall not feel pain again.”
The lowest is unfortunately also a unique human characteristic, namely malice over jealousy – to harm another due to perception of being harmed by another.
