if that was the case why is Israel the only country in which the Arabs are free to vote their conscience, the GDP approximately X10 that of other Arab countries – the same is true in Africa, blacks are not better for blacks than whites – the amount of savage barbarity from blacks against blacks makes Gehngis Kahn (who wasn’t a Cohen by the way ) proud!
You see, its all about a simple word, education.
As the Rebbe said, people expect far too much from blacks, for if a man’s grandfather was a cannibal you can’t expect the grandson to be a mentsh!
The bottom line is, it is only those cultures who imbibed, themselves originally savages, over literally millenia, the way of Abraham, that have the notion of democracy within their blood!
