The greatest mistake we in America make, is not understanding game-theory, which in simple words (and having lived in Africa for over a decade, I saw, experienced, lived it) there are two kinds of reasons people interact, one is out of love, this is the American way – we are busy trying to conceive of better innovations to assist all of humanity (this is of-course the most natural human emotion, to love) however, love can only exist in a secure environment; for example, imagine you went from being the spectator of a boxing match to being placed in the ring (imagine the terror, gone would be any emotion, but survival!) so a great number of societies live in what’s called a zero-sum game, if any one of them lets down their guard, they will be instantaneously devoured – the amount of murder and rape in "liberal" South Africa is Intolerable –
