The genesis of evil

So, naturally people identify, feel love toward people, so how does evil, wanton barbarism, sadistic harming emerge?
The truth is, people only feel love when they are loved!
For example, in Russian orphanages, abandoned, unloved children have no identification, hence, no love for people.
Believe it or not, as researches teach 99% of what we know, we have learned by the age two!
In other words, our perception as to what should be loved based on how we felt with its interaction has been formed by the age two.
