The final frontier

The final frontier
We have explored outer space, we have explored the depths of the oceans, but the final frontier, is the unbelievably simple and beautiful – to paraphrase Einstein’s quote, to the effect, “we don’t know the truth yet, but when it will be revealed it will be both simple and beautiful!”
And the truth was revealed by the Lubavitcher Rebbe whose prodigious mind, literally contained all the relevant information ever printed, but beyond the photographic ability was the absolutely extraordinary ability of discernment – for the rabbi whom I was ordained by, also had a photographic memory, which is much like a computer that can input data; But he said about the Rebbe’s ability to discern, to understand, to clarify from amongst the prodigious data of over three thousand years of Jewish saints, scholars and mystics contained in literally close to a hundred thousand books – the Rebbe had a Divine ability, for it was humanly impossible to be able to see, to discern, to clarify – again this is coming from a rabbi himself with a photographic memory, and having memorized hundreds if not thousands of holy books
And the Rebbe believed in something that boggles the mind – that startles our psyches – that makes us disbelieve – but it is obviously true and that is, as God is infinite, so to in a more limited (time space bound) way, we are also unlimited
In other words, Rabbi Even Yisroel, himself a great scholar
once wrote to the Rebbe that he has four projects on the go and someone suggested a new one, so which of the four should he drop? So the Rebbe replied, he shouldn’t drop any, he should add a new project and he should also look for an additional one – In other words, the limitations that we think we have, are of course based on our perceptions of our capabilities – but we are unlimited!
Now practically I myself found the Rebbe quite frustrating – for if nothing else, it is quite literally impossible to do two things at once – anyone who reads the Rebbe’s writings sees literally an untold amount of directives!
In other words – what’s the story? – if one were to adhere to each of the Rebbe’s directives, they would literally need to be a thousand people???
Until the following system sort of developed and I believe with all my heart and soul that this is the final frontier!
The truth is obviously we can only do one thing at a time – however it depends on how we approach information – if we see information as it has always been seen, as a fixed reality hence what we know limits all future things – in a sense it is like if we see religion as a fixed entity than there is no room for growth progression etc. etc. – however, if we realize that God is infinite, hence whatever information comes to us, in any given time – obviously holy information, as well as extracting the holiness out of the mundane (as the Baal Shem Tov taught, everything we encounter has a spiritual message) then we are more like a computer or iPhone – we are constantly downloading new apps.!
In other words, we must change our approach to information – for the truth is, once we get an idea, once we internalize a message, now that message is permanently lodged within our consciousness, within our hearts; So by allowing our consciousness mind to actively download new information, we are simply adding – infinitely, as we can and should – and hence always infinitely progressing!
