The facts are as the Rebbe teaches, we think we have freedom of choice, we are in a colossal video game, in which we are, whether we like it or not, Observing-Reality – and those souls that are intrinsically disposed to desiring God’s heart, particularly Jews, namely, having sensitivity towards others; through the observation, literally of millennia, including our historical wisdom of man’s treacherous past, leads one to the final conclusion, that in the end of the day, man is truly a composite of both God and the satan; hence, the only way we can become good, is through, as the Jews stated at Mount Sinai: “We will annihilate our understanding, our perceptions, for yours;” We understand that s/he who themselves is a composite of good and evil, obviously cannot choose rationally exclusively good (for the mind rationalizes the narcissistic and sexual, in fact, all its desires.)
