The dual realities

What if?
What if we we are simultaneously living in two realities?
Well, we are.
You see, the first reality we can all the observational – scientific.
In fact our sages teach us, if gentiles tell you a scientific fact believe it, however not a meaningful fact.
As we see so clearly from the myriad of philosophies, isms… gentiles have created, one stranger and more detrimental to human growth than another.
For there is a second reality which no mind – no matter how great, can conceive of.
And this is the interplay between the Divine and human consciousness.
That’s right!
This world is not merely a place in which humans, like gerbils are running laps (and even technology that may get us places faster or speed up communication doesn’t alter the fundamental meaninglessness of running those laps.)
The Baal Shem Tov revealed that in fact we are always growing!
For the alternative reality we are in, is one in which every experience is a Divine message. (and sometimes for messages to penetrate there are some pretty loud ones, as Oprah says “first God whispers.”)
But ultimately, we are in a unique experience, one in which we personally get the opportunity / privilege to reject the meaninglessness of the former, for the purposefulness of the higher.
