The dirty secret

I had occasion once to speak to Marine, who was stationed in Afghanistan – some of his missions including rescuing Afghanis from being tortured – here’s the real secret – our army trains their army, so one guy, who he personally trained for three months, went on missions with him; during a battle where there was a lull, suddenly he is gone and he sees him a hundred yards away shooting at him – the dirty secret which we refuse to acknowledge for our liberal mind’s hate to think evil, is game theory – I lived in Africa for over a decade and game theory is true – in simple words, two types of societies develop, the first is, every man for himself, in these societies, like rabid dogs, only one thing holds people in check, fear of a bigger dog – exactly like a pack of dogs or wolves there is a hierarchy which goes to the most violent vicious dog – and in the marine’s words – “I don’t hate anyone, but there is only one solution, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, wipe them all out.”
