The dimensions of time, Kabbalistickly, are very significant!

We are currently in the moment before, during, and leading up to the complete and final redemption!
Our sages teach us, that a day in God’s eyes is a thousand years!
As we are in the Jewish calendar in the 5773 years, hence we are right before Shabbos!
This is called elef hashavie, the seventh millennia.
What is highly significant, is that if we imagine all of these thousand years as days, so effectively we are, as mentioned, in the Jewish head-space – time zone, of, getting ready for Shabbos!
This is abundantly clear when we look at the world in this way, that this is the simple fact of what’s happening!
What happens in a Jewish home as you prepare for Shabbos?!
Suddenly, two contradictory things happen, it’s sort of like when you prepare for a vacation / holiday – on one hand you begin to relax, de-stress as you contemplate the beach, the tranquility – in fact psychologists study vacation, say, the preparation is a large part of the fun – but on the other hand, you have a mad rush, for you need to transition into a new dimension, hence there are a lot of mundane chores to do – in a Jewish home, cooking, cleaning etc. etc.
This is precisely what is going on now!
As we are about to enter into the complete and final redemption, two contradictory things are happening – there is no doubt about it, that today’s pace of life is infinitely better than yesterdays, most of us have never seen a war never mind need to prepare for one – most of us have never been subjected to antisemitism, never mind need to protect ourselves; most of us have never gone hungry, never mind needing to fast; most of us understand that all people have rights, and abuse is unacceptable – in other words, our mentality has already become far far more positive than ever before and yet there is a mad dash, a sort of house cleaning, revaluing, deep essential searching, going on; for as we prepare for true liberation – liberation of mind, body, and most importantly soul – we need to rid ourselves of the many cobwebs of misinformation, the many insane paradigms, theories, and bygone ingrained abusive tendencies, whether in family or societal authoritative structures – we need to rediscover intimacy that enhances instead of denigrates, rediscover a life that holds meaning instead of aimlessness, rediscover a relationship with God that causes our best self, not our worst self to emerge; so its precisely now, as we await the coming of Moshiach, that a bit of cleaning, a bit of cooking, but overall, great transformation is occurring!!!
