The combined wisdom of all of Jewish mysticism -I know this is a big claim but why not you judge – you see, first and foremost Jewish mysticism teaches, we are many – we are both a loving soul and an egoistical, hence prone to fits of rage – for rage is based on the ego perceiving slights -the thing is, both souls reside in the same body – they both use the same mind, and both have places in the same heart – now to the extent that one is up the other is down – what is amazing is that our emotions are literally like a see-saw, just as anger knocks out all feelings of love, for in every given moment, like a soup that has a new overpowering spice, this becomes the dominant emotion hence behavioral direction
