1. See yourself, not as you, but Divine light in a body!
2. Realize this light shines in all fellow man, hence we are but one light in many bodies – as one sun lights up the whole globe simultaneously.
3. The purpose of our existence is to make our creator happy!
4. Our creator gets happy when two becomes one – E-Pluribus-Unum – Unity!
5. To unite with fellow man realize that to the creator we all are like half (say the positive magnetic field) and only by befriending a fellow man (the unity between the positive and negative magnetic fields) does a whole get created – and ideally you need to unite with as many (magnets) as possible!
6. As you wake up, count your blessings (for your first thought becomes the general train of thought throughout the day!)
