Baal Shem Tov

Man judges himself – we are shown scenes in heaven, which we are asked to judge and shown that we did the exact same thing.

Man’s words are heard in heaven, sometimes out of bitterness a person asks for the opposite of life…

“All I strive for is to be simple.”

A child will become what you call them!

(Not verified, but I think accurate) Hell is when in heaven you are shown what the world would have become, had you tried.

A Jew mirrors his father: as God is compassionate, merciful etc. …

Simplicity mirrors the simple essence of God.

Greatness is a title – true greatness has no title – it’s the simple sincere person.

On Rosh Hashanah after the Shofar’s call and the intercession of our forefather Abraham, God leaves the seat of judgment and sits on the throne of compassion.

The call of the shofar is like the sound of a child begging for his father; it’s the tone that evokes the father’s compassion.

When Moshiach comes, we will see God in every detail of our lives!

The Baal Shem Tov once said, “I testify that during the exceptionally difficult trail of a simple Jew in heaven, whose life was thinking, speaking and doing favors for his fellow Jews; his reward was commensurate with the greatest Torah Scholars, in the loftiest heights!”

God loves each and every child of his, far more than parents who gave birth to a child in their advanced years!

Fear no-one nor anything, have faith and follow your Creator, and unconditionally love people. The Baal Shem Tov’s Motto

A soul may descend, living seventy eighty years in order to do a single favor – material and certainly spiritual – for a fellow!

One should happily sacrifice their life for a fellow they never met!

The Maagid

God and the Jew are two halves of the same face.

The Alter Rebbe

All our thoughts, speech and activities stem from love or fear.

We contain two major souls/forces within us, the Divine soul and the animal soul.

The goal is to identify with our Divine soul while despising (though of course not hurting) our animal soul.

From the Divinity within us comes our good, from the animal our bad.

When we properly identify with our Divine soul and despise our animal soul, we then become agents of unconditional love; for those in love with materialism, only love others if they possess materialism; but those unhindered by this foolish desire, and love the Divine soul within, recognize that as your fellow also contains the Divine soul (even though it may be buried beneath the animal, which is a real pity, evoking mercy, compassion and sorrow for him) hence, they are not only lovable, but your brother or sister for of-course all Divine souls comes from the same source – our Divine father in heaven!

All it takes to repent is to regret the past and begin the future you believe in!

Charity hastens the coming of the Moshiach!

The Mitteleh Rebbe

The Rambam taught, God supervises “individually” every righteous person; the Baal Shem Tov taught God supervises “individually” every worm crawling in the bottom of the ocean – which is correct? – explains the Mitteleh Rebbe: of course God supervises “individually” everything (for it is this very supervision that creates it, out of its essential nonexistent state, continuously) however, when we are righteous – when we seek to see this individualized supervision, it is shown to us clearly.

The Tzemach Tzeddek

Life is like a dream, the only true part is God, and all that is in his service/employ e.g. goodness and kindness.

The Rebbe Maharash

Begin with confidence!

The Rebbe Rashab

God is undefined, he is even undefined by the very definition of undefined; hence his existence is unlike all other existence, unlimited, undefined.

The Previous Rebbe

Moshiach is already knocking on the door; all we need is to polish our buttons!

The Rebbe

Moshiach has arrived! – we have already polished our buttons! all we need to do is open our eyes and realize that Moshiach is here! we are in the messianic era!

Do all that you can to bring about the full and complete redemption! – always add more in your goodness and kindness!

Judaism is about goodness and kindness and as God is infinite, hence we can always do more!

Kabbalah

Reality consists of space-time and souls/consciousnesses.

There are four categories of souls on earth – matter (whose soul is the energy of God continually manifesting its being, E=M) vegetation, animal and the speaking human, capable of free choice.

God reacts to man, when we are happy, God’s face shines a joy to us!
