The biggest mistake we make in the west is, we think we live in the modern era, there is no such thing as a modern human – perhaps there are newer technologies – but man has never changed – if you read Aristotle, you will see that all of the modern notions of governance such as democracy existed thousands of years ago – Rome itself was initially a democracy – so what we call modern man really means “enlightened man” – a man that rejects human right abuse, in favor of human rights! – BUT JUST BECAUSE YOU AND I ARE BROUGHT UP IN SOCIETIES THAT VALUE HUMAN RIGHTS, DO NOT THINK, THAT THE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF ARABS, AFRICANS, AND PEOPLE IN OTHER SOCIETIES, THAT DO NOT HAVE HUMAN RIGHTS, BELIEVE IN HUMAN RIGHTS; THEY ARE NO DIFFERENT, AS EINSTEIN REPEATEDLY WARNED: “GIVING TECHNOLOGY TO A PSYCHOPATH, IS LIKE GIVING AN AXE MURDERER AN AXE!”
