We are in a video game, it seems real to us, because the video game, as all video games are a fixed universe – there is a sky, there is a ground, there is time and there is space, there are laws of gravity, of physics etc. etc. all of this makes us feel, sense, perceive our reality
Based on this premise, we also think that we exist independent of any other source, as all that we see, exists seemingly independent to source
Based on this, we are compelled in different directions
As animals, we are compelled to instinctual pleasures and compelled away from instinctual pain
But unlike animals, we both have loving hearts and good minds
Our minds inform us that there must be more than simply living like an animal
