The beginning middle and end

By zevi770 · January 24, 2015

“For a plot to be a complete whole, it must have a beginning, middle, and end.” Aristotle

In the beginning, there was darkness and humanity was in chaos.

Then came revelation.

It began with Abraham, who revealed that the plot / world has a director – chaos is in the eye of the beholder.

Then came the Torah, for the first time, the director openly revealed himself to a nation, enshrined ten moral principles.

In the womb of Israel, after literally a thousand years, this nation got it.

Taking the notion of, “give me my morals or death” with them, transforming the very chaos of selfishness into paradigms of moral opinions.

Suffering unspeakable torture at the hands of hitlerites (from time immemorial, to present Arab and other terrorists) never did they veer from the simplicity that life and truth are an essential oneness, that better to die than to divert.

And then comes the end…

The Messianic utopia, so great, so unfathomable, so beyond the realm of even the greatest spiritual seeker, that a mind who encompassed all previous wisdom – the Rebbe – revealed it.

For the reward for transforming chaos into order, darkness into light, is nothing less then the source of both, to descend, internalize, become a single oneness!
