The Baal Shem Tov

The Baal Shem Tov teaches us, our soul which is innately compassionate is the very essence of God himself, who too, is innately compassionate! neuroscientists are very into the reality that children are born very compassionate, but it seems that they lose it; the truth is, that Chassidus teaches, we never lose our soul! it is only external factors, such as fear, or shame dominate; but we must follow the Baal Shem Tov’s advice, “fear no-one or anything, save God, and love everyone with all your heart and soul!” in addition, we must eliminate our shame / ego, by realizing, that if we ever were shamed, it was only because our soul was shining, and those who have lost their heart, are jealous of those who still have theirs intact!
