The amazing delusional mind

There is no doubt, the human mind is an amazing machine.

We look at its inventions, understanding, and yet as Einstein said “two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I have my doubts about the former!” the incredible stupidity of humanity; need we go beyond wars, petty arguments, etc. etc., would leave one hard pressed to have much to say about the mind!

The answer is as follows, the mind is exactly like a computer – a computer has an incredible cpu, computing power, but it has no independent will; everything you use it for, is not based on itself, rather based on your choice!

And this is what we need to realize, that our mind gives us insights, mechanisms, ideas, but it only does our bidding; so the key question we need to ask ourselves, “what am I desirous that my mind should teach me?”
