Ratzu (Divine Desire) Shuv (Return to Earth)
There is in the heart fire and in the head water (similarly to how the coolness of the moisture/air in the lungs, cool off the overheating of the heart) – so when a person realizes, that their entire reality is nothing, not even a dot relative to the Divine; a desire for the Divine is born – and the only way one can quench this thirst, living on earth; is through engaging in the study of Torah (coming like rain from above) and performing Mitzvos.
Uncovering Our Innate Divine Love
Each one of us, like a cluster of grapes, that only upon squeezing and fermenting, does it yield its hidden wine – similarly, within our hearts is an innate love for G-d; however, as we descend into desiring materialistic things(including sexual) this covers our truest essence – hence to remove our Orlas Haleiv (the covering of our essence) by considering ourselves far less than everyone (humbling ourselves,) we allow our wine to rejoice.
Revealing Our True Love
However, to the extent that we have sinned (especially through wasted seed) hence (even subconsciously we desire foolish things (and hence our mind is preoccupied (not allowing the love of G-d to burst) the solution is, that when we understand, that in order to enter even the lowest level of Gan-Eden,we need to go through “the river of fire” – which we forget all our previous attachments (desires, and likewise in heaven we go from level to level, for each level higher is infinetly beyond) and when we wish to disassociate ourselves from these lusts (etc.) down here,we must cry to G-d, on how distant we have become (including, considering that by putting our mind into these things, we lowered G-d (for G-d is one with us.
Shuv (Bringing G-d To Earth)
We must then desire to be G-d’s host, for within the study of Torah is contained G-d ( and as opposed to emotions that come and go, when we study the Torah we continuously make G-d ever happier.)
