The Alter Rebbe once said “the Moshiach that is coming, no one is waiting for and the Moshiach people are waiting for isn’t coming” in other words – as Chassidus, particularly the Rebbe constantly described and no more succinctly as I was privileged to read today from the Rebbe Maharash – ultimately Moshiach is the revelation of the light of Hashem and in practical terms it is the marriage, the unity, the interaction, and integration (but like a marriage, not only is there unity, there is simultaneously individuality) between the main part of your soul – your Divine soul, literally God (also called the Mazol, for from it comes) your soul in your body
