Living in America, as good old Abe said

We get fat

We forget

Around the world, people live in fear

Having lived in Africa for over thirteen years

I have come to appreciate to live in peace

Imagine that every time you walked outside, you couldn’t be sure

Every time you drove your car, you could be hijacked

We are so so so lucky!

God blessed this country

But as one of the founding fathers said

The price of freedom – “Eternal Vigilance”
