Technology’s ultimate lesson

As the Rebbe teaches, technology was revealed following the Zohar’s prediction that in the sixth hundred year of the sixth millennia (1840) “God would open the floodgates of wisdom of above and below.”
Technology, the child of science is here to teach us everything we need to know about God.
As the Rebbe said “a computer is an example for God.”
You see, the big problem we have with understanding God is we compare things to well what we assume they are comparable to.
For example, if I told you there is a computer, you would immediately think of a computer, “a faster computer”… same thing, but faster.
But God really has nothing in this world to which he can be compared to.
So the computer, a machine that can hold unlimited data is the closest association.
But now, it has been revealed, Google uses optimized search results – ultimately Google is a business that make money when you click on an advertisement.
So using algorithms, which is what they are all about – they are optimizing search results, in order to get you – yes, you – for they have data on every single user – and they use this data to creates not absolute true results, but optimized results that will lead you to take an action.
Well God works the same way.
Of-course he doesn’t wish to force you to do anything.
However, firstly the world is built in such a way as to lead you in the optimal direction.
And eventually, the closer you get to God, this automatic, personalized, optimized, responsive system – as happened to prophets, Tzaddikim etc. – becomes a new and improved reality.
