The Tzaddik Vrah Loi – the incomplete Tzaddik – is not as passionate in his despising of evil (which emanates from Kelipah) which demonstrates, that he still retains some love for it.
On the other hand the complete Tzaddik’s absolute love for God is the very reason he despises all that opposes.
To give a contrast, the Alter Rebbe quotes how it states, in a generation there may be 18,000 tzadik vra lois, however the tzaddik vtov lo, perhaps one or two.
