Someone asked me today, don’t you think that all the religions really teach the same thing?

There is a funny trend to have a cholent (stew) of all religions, as if they all are a central theme.

Even if they all were – which they are not, and how we view things, correctly or incorrectly, obviously determines our attitude, hence behavior etc. – nonetheless, even if all religions were teaching the exact same message in different words, Judaism still is a unique truth – and the truth – which no other religion does or even could discern.

Namely, all religions have an end point – no matter how noble, good etc. etc. (even for example sake) but there is not a single religion on earth, that doesn’t have an achievement phase.

The only religion that teaches, that our job is to continually be reborn (not just once) because as G-d is infinite, hence there are infinite rungs on the ladder of God – goodness and kindness – obviously, must have come from the infinite one!
