So what is the truth, what is our reality? is there a God? is there a goal? do we even really exist?!

The answer to everything is simple!
Existence is not necessarily real, for it to be perceived to be real, and what is perceived to be real, because it feels real, creates a new kind of existence, its own reality.
So the only real existence is that existence that needs no other existence to exist and that is God, whom we know only that he is a. good, kind, loving, compassionate etc. with no God-forbid evil, malice etc. in him; and b. with ability, no limitations on his ability; he can combine opposites, both heaven and hell are tools, as light and darkness, and everything he created was for the singular goal to love, to express in reality his kindness, and to do this, he needs a am nation, which means a distinct entity that perceives itself as such; hence as mentioned, is as such! so all of heaven and earth, was created to make you perceive your independence from God, and then after traversing through darkness and finding the light, you then find serenity, find happiness! and perhaps just as important is the global identification we have with one another, through sensing, the shared destiny of our fellow man, their shared needs and joy as the Baal Shem Tov states – a Jew who feels the pain and rejoices in the joy of a felled Jew is more precious to God than the prayers of Rabbi Yishmoel the high priest (kohen gadol the most sanctified Jew) in the kodesh hakadashim (the most sanctified location) on Yom Kippur (the most sanctified day.)
