The easiest mechanism to live a meaningful life, is to remember we cannot be unbiased, our thoughts, amazingly, have numerous sources, most of them, not being ourselves (ego, instincts, Yetzer Hara etc.) hence only through being wise enough to listen to our Mashpia, can life be simply smooth!
