Similarly (see above) every soul contains all souls – hence, before we come to God in prayer we must make sure we love all our parts and if we God-forbid hold a grudge, it is as if we ourselves are missing a part and similar to offering sacrifices in the Temple, the sacrifices needed to be whole, likewise, we must begin our prayers with ensuring we feel love for all our fellow Jews!
