No one has the right to hurt another – even a parent that must discipline a child, as children have no internal knowledge of boundaries, should never harm the child
But certainly whomever is not a parent to a child, has zero right to discipline
In fact, all disciplining of others is as Rabbi Mosheh Brysky calls righteous indignation jealousy with a halo!
