Regarding “the new Torah that will come from me”

1. One of the main things about Moshiach is that he will be a great prophet, his wisdom will be greater than King Solomon, He will teach Torah to everybody, and the Torah will be the wisdom of Hashem, which will come to each person.

2. There are two explanations of the new Torah that God will reveal when Moshiach comes, one is that it will be deep reasons / secrets to existing Mitzvahs 2. that new laws such as the fact, that the Liviyasoin will shecht the Shor Haboar, which normally would not be considered kosher, is.

3. An obvious question to this, is the Rambam’s statement that the Torah will never change, so how can there be a new law?

4. To understand this we must explain the concept that “whatever is a novel insight by a future Torah scholars,  was given by God at Mount Sinai.”

For the Torah was only given once, however it was given with the general principles, that a Torah scholar can deduce new laws.

However the new laws and secrets that will be revealed by Moshiach are so hidden within the Torah, that the human mind cannot discover them, hence the necessity for the Divine.

5. An example of this is the slaughtering of the shor habor by the livyasoin – Moshaich will reveal that this is a special instance of Torah law that was never discussed (this is simalear to the law, in which once the Beis Hamikdosh was built, we offer sacrifices nowhere but; however if a prophet (like Elijah at Mount Carmel) offers, then this is acceptable…) Furthermore Moshiach will show the new Sanhedrin (Supreme-Court that issues the ruling) how this is the actual Halachah (it is a secret within the laws of the Torah – and as the majority rules, hence when they all accept this law, it becomes so.)
