Chof hei Adar is the Rebbetzin’s (the Rebbe’s wife’s) birthday.

A birthday is a time of personal reflection and resolutions.

Practically we should add in the three pillars upon which the world stands which is Torah, prayer and good deeds.

We should also arrange a joyous Farbrengen.
