Please don’t take offence, I say this only to assist – there are various cultures: that people have integrity! – in other words, people say what they mean and mean what they say, and others, where they don’t! – to date I have yet to meet a South African who doesn’t feel entitled to lie – the reason for this is of course, that they have been lied to – ultimately, lying is a great crime, for no one desires that a person should lie to them (actually thinking about it, I do know, one!)
