Our thoughts as Kabbalah teaches, are as a result, not as a precursor, of our emotions

 

In other words, say I like what many men do, women – so when I see a beautiful woman, my brain automatically is scheming

 

And the reverse is true as well, say I fear, as many people do, spiders, when I see a spider, my brain is already scheming, how to not get bitten

 

So the uniqueness of man, is not in this process, germane to all animals; rather, in our ability to banish our fears, through learning that God loves, cares and protects us; and increasing our love for others, by seeing both their strong points, and how intrinsically we are both similar and in fact one!
