Our reality is fascinating – of course there is no objective, rather subjective truth; in other words, there is no reality that exists independent of our emotional reaction to it – and that’s where the trick lies; in manipulating our emotions to create the optimal reality – so on the emotional scale, there is dark and light- dark is fear, from fear comes resentment (for fear is a negative state, hence we become resentful if people put us in that state) from resentment comes a desire for vengeance and additionally there is the wretched state of jealousy, of those who love (the nature behind antisemitisim, and all evil) so obviously first and foremost we must do everything in our power to get out of fear – practically this is only through developing a genuine faith in God’s goodness to all his creatures, yourself included – nothing is random, the evil that befell you, was only to bring you to greater awareness; for ultimately life is not about being in a nirvana kind of state of love – rather it is about actually helping people, so just as we mustn’t be in a state of fear, we mustn’t be in an unconditional state of love; for that state doesn’t have the necessary self-discipline to get us off our … and to go out and help someone – hence it boils down to the following, we must see this world as God’s challenge to you and I to overcome our inertia, or selfish instinctual predilections and to focus all our efforts on goodness and kindness! coupled with that, there is the obvious emotional reality we need to try to be in for achieving that state which is to overcome fear through absolute genuine trust in God’s goodness and kindness to us (and though we may not be aware why something is good, we can rest assured, as we are absolutely adored by God – heck, he creates us and the entire universe for us to survive and thrive) and obviously we must have an unconditional love (to the extent it gets us to assist, help, do good – not delude us into a nirvana utopian type of delusional reality) leading us to be happy, to assist others!
