Our problem is not reality, reality in fact is beautiful! in fact it has never been remotely as beautiful! we live in countries that grant us freedom! we have an abundance hitherto literally unimaginable! we instantaneously communicate, visually! across the planet! we all are the superstars of our own facebook fan club! even a moron like me has this blog! so no, it’s not reality that is our issue; it’s our dragon within, the voice inside, that tells us, whatever we get, we deserve more; slay the dragon through the magic words “thank-you!” say every morning “thank-you God that I exist today instead of yesterday, in freedom instead of oppression, with technology instead of lacking it, and add as many things to your list!” the more your gratitude, the more your dragon is subdued, the happier you will be – it really is this simple!!
